Returns and Right of Withdrawal

Defective Products and Returns:

If you discover a defect in your product, we aim to provide the most satisfactory solution. Before returning your order, please contact us first at info@belzakshope.com.

If you are not satisfied with a product, you may return it to us. Upon receiving your return, we will refund the invoiced amount using the payment method you selected at purchase.

Please contact us at the above email address before initiating the return so that we can process it effectively.

For security, we recommend using insured delivery and providing us with the tracking number via email or through our contact form.

Please note that while shipping is free, we do not cover return shipping costs.

Right of Withdrawal:

If you need to return a product, please note the following:

  • Right of Withdrawal: You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without providing a reason and return the goods to us. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier) receives the goods.

  • Exchange: Direct exchanges are not possible. If you wish to receive a different product, please place a new order via our store.

Instructions for Withdrawal:

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by mail or email). You may use the attached withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To comply with the withdrawal period, you only need to send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Refusing to accept a package does not count as a withdrawal.

Consequences of Withdrawal:

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery charges (except for additional charges resulting from choosing a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal. We will use the same payment method as used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed. You will not be charged for this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or until you provide proof of their return.

You must return or deliver the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day you informed us of the termination of the contract.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are responsible for any loss of value of the goods only if this loss is due to handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the following cases:

  1. For delivery of sealed goods not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if the seals have been removed after delivery.
  2. For delivery of goods that have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery due to their nature.
  3. For delivery of non-prefabricated goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized to their needs.
  4. For delivery of goods that may deteriorate rapidly or have a quickly exceeding expiration date.

General Information:

  1. Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. Return the items in their original packaging with all accessories and packaging components. Use protective outer packaging if necessary. If you no longer have the original packaging, use suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection during transit.

  2. Please do not return the goods with postage due.

  3. Note that points 1-2 above are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
