Shipping Instructions

Delivery Time Indication: BelzakShop commits to specifying the delivery time for each product. If no delivery time is mentioned, the standard delivery period is up to 17 days. Should any delivery issues arise, BelzakShop will proactively contact the customer to find the most suitable resolution.

1.1 Free Delivery: Goods are delivered at no additional cost within a timeframe of 8 to 14 days.

Customer Responsibility: Customers are expected to adhere to the indicated delivery deadline and should only contact BelzakShop if 72 hours have passed beyond the stated delivery timeframe.
Delivery Details: When placing an order, the customer agrees to provide accurate delivery information, including the delivery address and the recipient’s details.
Receipt of Goods: The customer is responsible for receiving the goods personally. If the customer is unavailable, and the goods are delivered to the provided address based on the supplied details, the customer waives the right to lodge any complaints regarding delivery to an incorrect recipient.
In-Store Pickup: If the customer opts to collect the goods from the company’s registered office (if such an option is available), they must present a valid ID and a copy of the order. BelzakShop will notify the customer once the product is ready for collection.
Delivery Method: Goods ordered through the Shop are delivered free of charge via the following methods:

6.1. Courier service or, if unavailable, delivery to the nearest post office.
Incorrect Shipments: If the customer discovers that the received goods do not match their order, they must immediately notify BelzakShop via email at info@belzakshop.com.
